Im Jahr 2024 übernehmen wir die Bauleitung und Baustellenabrechnung für die Sanierung eines Areals in Frankfurt-Höchst mit einem Bauvolumen von rund 12 Millionen Euro. Das Projekt umfasst umfangreiche Tiefbau- und Gleisarbeiten, bei denen wir die Koordination aller Gewerke, die Überwachung des Baufortschritts sowie die Einhaltung technischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Vorgaben sicherstellen. Durch eine präzise Baustellenabrechnung gewährleisten wir zudem eine transparente Kostenkontrolle und wirtschaftliche Projektabwicklung. Das Vorhaben unterstreicht unsere Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte.

In 2024, we are responsible for site management and construction accounting for the rehabilitation of an area in Frankfurt-Höchst with a project volume of approximately €12 million.
