House of the Future 2023 – nachhaltige und intelligente Architekturvision: Das Projekt ist mehr als ein architektonisches Experiment und steht für zukunftsweisendes, energieeffizientes und nachhaltiges Wohnen. Unser Team entwickelte ein Gebäude, das höchste Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz, moderne Technologien und den Einsatz nachhaltiger Materialien erfüllt. Der Entwurf folgt dem Prinzip „Form follows culture“ und gliedert sich in zwei klar definierte Baukörper mit einem privaten Wohnbereich und einem separaten Gästebereich, die durch offene, fließende Raumstrukturen verbunden sind. Natürliche Materialien, breite Übergänge und eine intelligente Gebäudesteuerung sorgen für hohen Wohnkomfort und maximale Effizienz. Die Architektur ist geprägt von minimalistischer Formsprache, klaren Linien und einer konsequent nachhaltigen Bauweise, wobei regionale und recycelbare Materialien eingesetzt werden, um den ökologischen Fußabdruck zu reduzieren. Ergänzt durch Smart-Home-Technologien entsteht ein ressourcenschonendes Gesamtkonzept, das sich harmonisch in die Umgebung einfügt und Innen- und Außenraum miteinander verbindet.
House of the Future 2023 – a sustainable and intelligent architectural vision: This project is more than an architectural experiment and represents forward-looking, energy-efficient, and sustainable living. Our team developed a building that meets the highest standards in energy efficiency, modern technology, and the use of sustainable materials. The design follows the principle “Form follows culture” and is divided into two clearly defined building volumes, featuring a private living area and a separate guest area connected through open, flowing spatial structures. Natural materials, wide transitions, and intelligent building control systems ensure high living comfort and maximum efficiency. The architecture is characterized by a minimalist design language, clean lines, and a consistent sustainable construction approach, using regional and recyclable materials to reduce the ecological footprint. Combined with smart home technologies, it creates a resource-efficient overall concept that integrates harmoniously into its surroundings and connects indoor and outdoor spaces.
Eine neue Definition von Wohnqualität: Der Außenbereich ist als Erweiterung des Wohnraums konzipiert und umfasst private Gärten, begrünte Innenhöfe sowie ruhige Rückzugsorte, die sowohl Privatsphäre als auch gemeinschaftliche Nutzung ermöglichen. Durchdachte Lichtkonzepte und natürliche Belüftung verbessern das Raumklima und steigern das Wohlbefinden der Bewohner. Mit dem House of the Future 2023 setzen wir neue Maßstäbe für nachhaltige Architektur, intelligentes Wohnen und innovatives Design und zeigen, wie zukunftsorientiertes Bauen ressourcenschonend, technologiegestützt und mit einem klaren Fokus auf Lebensqualität umgesetzt werden kann.
A new definition of living quality: The outdoor areas are designed as an extension of the living space and include private gardens, green inner courtyards, and quiet retreat zones that offer both privacy and communal use. Thoughtfully designed lighting concepts and natural ventilation enhance indoor comfort and improve the well-being of residents. With the House of the Future 2023, we set new standards for sustainable architecture, intelligent living, and innovative design, demonstrating how forward-looking construction can be resource-efficient, technology-driven, and strongly focused on quality of life.
